- 4 Weet-Bix, crushed
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 70g butter/margarine
- 1/4 cup of water
Method
- First preheat the oven to 180*C. When have finished doing that mix melted butter with crushed weet bix.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Line a square cake tin with baking paper. Press Weet-Bix mixture into the base. Bake for 15 minutes.
- To make icing, sift icing sugar into a bowl. Add milk gradually, stirring, until you have a smooth, spreadable consistency. Pour icing over slice in tin. Spread to cover completely. Allow to set. Slice.
When finished doing our Weetbix slices we didn't have ingredients to make icing.
Also it didn't turn out how we wanted it to turn it turned a crumble.
