Yum! I LOVE potatoes! They're so versatile (can be used in lots of different meals)! I even bought my partner a potato cookbook for Christmas (I'm still waiting on him to make me a delicious potato dinner though :/ haha). I've never tried or made butter potatoes before but I'm definitely going to give it a go now that I know how simple it is. Do you make them at home a lot?
