Step1
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat, add onion and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened.
Step 2
Meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling, salted water until al dente. Drain and toss in a little olive oil.
Step 3
Add 1 cup of cream.
Step 4
Stir in veggies, then toss the cream through the pasta and serve.
