Today in Class we learned about transforming energy. Our main Focus these last terms are Energy. Such as Water , Solar , Heat & Light Energy. Here was our first lesson about energy. A physicist Mr Dunn came in and taught us about voltmeter , batteries and lamps. He taught us about a Series Connection and a Parallel connection.
A series connection is a single circular cycle that shares electrons from the source. For example if there is a 9 volt battery and we used it to power up 3 lamps with a series connection , the lamps share the volts and get 3 volts each. It won’t be bright but it will still light up.
Parallel connection is Components connected in parallel are connected along multiple paths, and each component has the same voltage across it, equal to the voltage across the network. For example if there is a 9 volt battery connected and there are 3 lamps connected. Each lamp will have 9 volts .
